ESOP Eligibility

Generally, all employees of the company and its subsidiaries who are paid as employees (receive W-2's) are eligible for the ESOP. However, leased employees; individuals who are deemed by the Company or its affiliate to be independent contractors; certain union employees; and employees who are non-resident aliens with no U.S. source of income may not participate in the plan.
