Your project team was competent, organized, and performed its tasks with great attention to detail. As a result, equipment check-out and start-up was completed with minimal effort. The steam turbine assembly was completed ahead of schedule with high quality, rapid response provided when additional machining or other work was required.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation of your firm’s excellent performance on the Daily News project. The completion of the mechanical services for both controlling the building environment and providing necessary services to the new press was key to achieving our goal of having the Daily News start printing on the originally scheduled date. All mechanical services needed to print, including ink piping which was not part of MMC Contractors’ original contract, were completed to allow the Daily News to “go live” with their newspaper in October 2008 and catch the holiday advertising. Johnson & Jordan had the ability to build a 600,000 square foot hospital; what we did not have was the ability to survive the preconstruction process on the Integrated Project Delivery (I.P.D.) project.
