MMC Contractors was selected by Konrath/Turner to provide mechanical pre-construction services for the total facility renovations. After preconstruction was complete, MMC Contractors was awarded the nearly $35 million mechanical upgrade project for one of the NFL’s world-class stadium venues, Arrowhead Stadium.

We fabricated 100-percent of the restroom upgrades, including toilet batteries and sink assemblies, and nearly all of the piping installations in our Kansas City, Missouri, fabrication shop. This allowed field crews to finish their work months ahead of the construction schedule. The chilled water loops encircling the stadium required numerous joints with a very specific and minimal angle. These were executed by creating a jig in which our pipe fitters were able manufacture the repetitious joints, allowing for minimal field welds.
