This new state-of-the-art data center is Cervalis’s first data center in New Jersey. The project consists of approximately 130,000 square feet of data center space and 17,000 square feet of disaster recovery office space. The project was completed in multiple phases and included the installation of 84 CRAC units, six water cooled chillers, six cooling towers, one CHW thermal storage tank, one plate and frame heat exchanger, and the furnishing and installation of 12 pumps (CW/CHW), five rooftop AC units and approximately 8,500 linear feet of chilled and condenser water piping with pipe sizes up to 20 inches in diameter.
