MMC Contractors was selected by Turner Construction for the new Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway which will consist of 280,000 sf of gaming, front-of-house and back-of-house space and a 1,500 space parking garage. This Penn National Gaming facility will be the cornerstone of the 2nd turn at the Kansas Speedway.

MMC Contractors provided complete pre-construction services moving seamlessly into the construction phase of the project. It has a targeted open date of February 2012. During preconstruction MMC Contractors provided multiple budgets, Life Cycle costing including acoustical evaluation, Maintenance and Operations Analysis, Indoor Air Quality, Vibration Analysis, System Replacement Cost Analysis, Flexibility Studies, Energy Costs and System Comparisons, and more.

MMC Contractors also recently constructed a slots-only version of the Hollywood Casino for Penn National Gaming in Perryville, MD which opened in October 2010.
