This project is on the first and second floor of an existing building that was gutted and converted to host several suites of data centers. The work consisted of installing 56,000 square feet of new data center space on the first floor and 33,000 square feet of new data center space on the second floor. The project included the installation of 93 CRAC units, eight air cooled chillers and two systecon packaged pump skids, and  included furnishing and installing of one, 25,000-gallon fuel oil tank, two FO polishing/filter skids with pump sets and control panels, and two chilled water storage tanks. MMC Contractors furnished, fabricated and installed 24,000 linear feet of pipe between both floors in two phases. The first floor required MMC Contractors to install 16,000 linear feet of pipe in less than six months and 8,000 linear feet of pipe in less than four months on the second floor.
