Project Description
Budget: $2,500,000
Location: Omaha, NE
MMC Contractors provided mechanical and plumbing services for the complete renovation of the Walsh Hall Student Housing building. In addition to installing a new chiller and cooling tower, we also provided new heating and cooling for over seventy dorm rooms and offices. The project was completed in four phases to allow the Owner occupation throughout the construction process. MMC provided design assist and value management to establish a GMP contract. On the 2.5 million dollar project, total savings returned to the Owner was approximately $40,000.
